Dr. Kim has over 35 years of experience in the energy sector including smart grid, refinery, gas, renewable and power. He has worked for Hanwha Group for 25 years before joining RCK. His experience includes both economic and technical aspect of refinery, power plant and renewable energy. He has substantial experience in green field, large scale construction projects and business development. His recent assignment includes the advisory work for the management of Electricite du Laos.

For more than a decade, Mr. Park has advised and represented major international companies spanning five continents in multiple industries and sectors. He is well versed on resolving joint venture challenges and has deep insights gained from working at over dozen joint venture companies, either as board member, senior management team or shareholder representative. In Korea, he has worked with three of the largest Chaebols including SK, Hanwha and GS on joint venture projects. He has worked in energy, telecommunication, infrastructure, and new technology. Prior to RCK, he served as technical advisor for a private equity fund.

Sheikh Bayorh is a passionate leader with highly developed communication skills and interpersonal relationships. With a high-level network in the MEAA (Middle East and Africa), from Royal Families to the C-Suites (CEOs and board members), Sheikh can access the key players in the many industries. Sheikh navigates and balances the delicate government-level protocol structure and requirements of strategic investors in Africa and Middle East.

Mr. Joefrizal has a wide range of international experience in the gas and power industry from both an advisory and industry perspective. He has extensive knowledge in upstream (including PSC) and downstream economic modelling for gas pipeline, LNG, and gas processing and negotiated variety of liquid and gas sales agreements in Indonesia and USA. He also has extensive knowledge of lifting of crude/LPG and other liquids.
