Though our clients are diverse, we are not generalist in terms of our services and don't expect to
qualify for every needs of our client . Because our consultants have intimate knowledge in their
respective industry and functions, we want to stay near our core competencies. Our core focus is
energy including power, gas (LNG), refinery, and renewable.
Prior to any engagement, we would require a thorough understanding between the client and our
firm to assess the client's real requirement. Our interest is in leveraging client's resources as
much as possible rather than increasing our scope of work.
SCOPE
The first step in our engagement process is to fully understand the requirement of the client. Our interest is in working with your organization to develop a clear and meaningful work scope to properly assess the client's requirement. To effectively serve our client, we will not pursure something outside of our expertise. This assures that all our clients will be fully satisfied with all deliverables.
RESOURCE
We will work with the clientto develop a resource requirement including time line and deliverables. At this time, we can properly assess client's available resouces and allocate our firm's resources including cost and structure. In regards to fee structure, we have several structures to accomodate the clients' need including project cap, hourly rate, success fee, retainer basis, etc.
DELIVERABLES
Upon agreed time frame, we will provide a detailed schedule of deliverables and either add or subtract depending on the client's requirement. Based on our experience, we understand that sometimes without seeing the deliverables, it is hard for the client to focus on objectives.
